Course Overview

Do you recognize this?

  • The System Freeze: Your mind is spinning to maintain control while your body is stuck in freeze. You’re "on," but you aren’t present. The harder you try to think your way out, the further you drift from your inner whisper.

  • The Numbing Scroll: You go online to connect, but find yourself catapulted into the random internet—scrolling at night, feeling numb, and disconnected from your own creativity and flow.

  • Fixing Fatigue: You’ve done the self-help work, the endless self-actualization, and the analyzing. You are tired of searching, and exhausted by the effort of trying to "fix" yourself.

  • The Suppressed Fire: You feel a fire inside that needs to be expressed, but you feel blocked from stepping into your voice and your superpowers. You feel the heat in your chest, yet you remain hushed.

Imagine this was your truth…

  • Inner Authority: Instead of looking for answers outside, you possess a clear, grounded inner compass.

  • Grounded Action: You move with the fast energy of the world without rushing or burning out. You respond to life grounded in the present moment, not from a place of fear or "shoulds."

  • The Power of Staying: Instead of numbing or escaping when things get tough, you know how to stay. You’ve built the resilience to process your emotions through movement, breath, and truth.

  • The Creative Well: You’ve traded constant noise for a deep flow and a nervous system that feels like home. By protecting your attention, you return to your well of intuition. You no longer live with a fried brain; you have the space to let brilliant ideas land and grow.

I. The Seed of Leadership: Rooting in Care

Real leadership isn't about pushing harder or shouting louder; it’s about inner authority. We are moving away from the old, exhausting way of "doing"—the constant pressure to perform—and toward a power rooted in the body, the land, and our collective rhythm. You won’t just learn to lead; you will learn to step into your power with ease.

III. The Fire of Truth: Transforming Sacred Rage

Under the peak of the Solstice sun, we face the fire. We meet our suppressed anger and ancestral wounds not as burdens, but as medicine—held and witnessed by the lineage of women who have carried this fire before us. Through ritual and movement, we turn raw emotion into crystal clarity, setting boundaries, reclaiming our voices, and transforming internal heat into a compass for inner authority.

I. The Seed of Leadership: Rooting in Care

We are rethinking what it means to lead. True leadership isn't about pushing harder or shouting louder; it is about inner authority. We are moving away from the old, exhausting way of "doing"—the constant pressure to perform—and toward a power rooted in the body, the land, and our collective rhythm.

II. The Bloom of Pleasure: Reclaiming the Sensual

As the season unfolds, we open into full expression. Through psychosensual practices and the exploration of sacred sexuality, we inhabit our bodies as sanctuaries. By releasing shame and patriarchal conditioning, you unlock magnetism, self-trust, and the authentic pleasure that fuels presence, leadership, and creative power.

Week 2: Feeling Safe in Your Body

6 May | 7 PM CET | When the Body feels Safe: How to Stay with Others Without Leaving your Self with Galina Singer

Real intimacy begins with safety in the body. When we no longer have to leave ourselves to stay connected to others, sensuality, self-trust, and authentic relating emerge naturally. Through gentle embodied practices and reflection, you’ll explore how this lives in your own life—where you override yourself in relationships, and what becomes possible when you begin to stay.

2 June | 7 PM CET | The Wisdom of Grandmothers with Anastasia Miari

Anastasia Miari will guide us in connecting with the enduring wisdom of grandmothers—learning to listen, uncover hidden stories, and let curiosity become our teacher. Together, we’ll explore how these stories of elders can support our creative and personal journeys with presence, courage, and heart.

Week 6: Sacred Rage & Inner Authority

7 June | 7 PM CET | Book Club about Sensual

We will read Sensual by Henika Patel. The book explores the inner spark we’re all born with—how we lose it and how to reclaim it. More than pleasure, sensuality is an innate power that connects body, mind, and spirit, helping you move through life with clarity and confidence. Henika Patel invites you to rediscover your fully expressed, unapologetic sensual self.

9 June | 7 PM CET | Sacred No: Meeting Our Inner Bitch with Annette Müller

Until we truly know our no, we cannot fully own our yes. This workshop is an embodied initiation into meeting your inner Bitch—the original wolf woman, your instinctual, primal nature. We’ll explore the word bitch and how it has been used to suppress women’s anger and power, then journey through archetypal embodiment and ritual to meet this part and hear her wisdom. The session closes with a sharing circle, somatic release, and integration.

18 June | 7 PM CET | Sacred Rage with Soraya Chemaly

Explore female anger as a catalyst for personal and societal change. Together, we reframe rage as a source of clarity, boundary-setting, and self-trust—honoring it as medicine for your body, mind, and community.

Week 7: The Wounded Healer

24 June | 7 PM CET | Chiron and the Healing Journey with Melanie Reinhart

Melanie Reinhart will explore with us how Chiron can illuminate our healing journey. How we can face wounds with compassion, integrate our experiences into wisdom, and step into our power while staying aligned with our inner guidance, life cycles, and deeper purpose.

Week 8: Integration

28 June | 7 PM CET | Closing Circle

We gather around the start of summer. This is our closing circle, a moment to reflect, to share what has moved through us, and to gently shape our intentions for what comes after the container. Together, we honor what has been cultivated, what is ready to be carried forward, and what can be left behind.

Co-host & founder of Woven Women, Jeanne de Kroon, about this course

"The world has been so loud lately. Somewhere between the algorithm, the news cycle, and the feeling that the rug is slowly being pulled from under our feet, I started to lose the thread. Not dramatically, but quietly. It’s the way you don’t notice you’ve drifted until you look up and can’t quite remember what stillness feels like.

I’ve been building something I believe in, day after day. And still, there are mornings I open my phone and feel behind—like I haven’t done enough, haven’t become enough, and haven’t moved fast enough in a world that never seems to stop.

But then, there is a moment: a conversation with my Mimi's, watching spring arrive, or the way light falls through a window. It's a single moment of just being here. And I remembered something I think a lot of us have forgotten: that presence isn’t a luxury. It’s the whole thing.

This course is for the women who feel it, too. The ones navigating uncertainty in their love, their work, and their sense of self. It is for those who are tired of performing "okayness" while quietly longing for something more real.

This is an invitation to slow down. It's not an invitation to escape the world, but to find ourselves and our voices again inside of it. Because I truly believe that when we come back to ourselves—when we collect our moments like small, precious things—we don’t just heal ourselves.

We quietly weave something new into existence."

When courageous women come together, everything shifts.

The world thrives on us being numb, distracted, and small. The real revolution is choosing to return to our inner knowing.

We are a collective of women who believe that we hold the keys to the collective evolution—but those keys are currently buried under the noise. This 8-week container is not a traditional classroom; it is a vessel. We won’t give you a pre-packaged solution, but we will guide you back to your own inner authority.

From exploring sacred rage to reconnecting with the wisdom of the grandmothers, we are gathering to remember how to live from our essence. This is the revolution of presence—embodied, alive, and radically ours.
