Sophie Kempcke

Meet Sophie, a German-Uruguayan living between Hamburg, Berlin, and Buenos Aires. Sophie’s path is one of devotion—to craft, to connection, to coming home to herself. What began as a trip to Northern Argentina became a turning point: a return to the Calchaquí Valleys, to the artisans, and to a deeper truth within.

Iva Ivanova

Meet Iva Ivanova — a weaver, storyteller, and textile artist with roots in Bulgaria. Since childhood, textiles have guided her path, and today she follows the ancient threads of wool and linen guiding her home. Through travel, ancestral knowledge, and raw fabric, she brings awareness back to what we wear and where it comes from.

Orsolya Veraart about her Woven Women experience

"One of the most important aspects have been regaining confidence as a textile artist. Also finding a community of women supporting each other and all the speakers who've been invited to give seminars, they are so knowledgeable."
