- One guided hypnotherapy audio - Know Thyself is an invitation to reconnect with who you are beneath the layers of obligation, expectation, and accumulated living. Purpose begins with a question - and to hold the question, we must first know the one who asks it: The Self. This is the first of the five inner threads; the remaining four - Survival, Service, Symbiosis, and Soul - are introduced in Day 2.
- One video - You explore the Beautiful Question of Purpose and sit with its paradox: that it calls us toward meaning, truth, and connection, while also carrying the weight of not knowing, of feeling blocked, or afraid of having missed it altogether. Here we understand Purpose not as a destination, but as a living process of creation.
