The invitation.

There is a kind of magic that cannot be taught, only remembered. It lives in the stories we carry, the dreams we dare to follow, the creative impulses we have learned to silence, and the parts of ourselves we have been taught to keep hidden.

Inside every woman are gifts that are entirely, uniquely her own. Yet somewhere along the way, many of us learn to distrust these gifts, we listened to external voices telling us how we should live, who we should be, and what is sensible or acceptable. But what if the threads that light you up are not distractions from your path, but the very things guiding you towards it?

The journey.

What if the witch, the enchantress, the wise woman, and the Shadow Queen are not figures from a distant past, but expressions of something alive within us?

This autumn, our annual Feminine myth course returns. During the darkest days of the year in the Northern Hemisphere, we will gather in sisterhood, light the candles, and open the spellbook. Inside, we will find stories of death and birth, descent and transformation, initiation and return. Stories that have travelled across generations, carrying symbols, fears, desires, warnings, and wisdom. Rather than treating these tales as something to simply interpret or understand, we will learn to listen to them as mirrors – as living stories that can illuminate our own lives.

Through myth, folklore, tarot, shadow work, embodied practices, and creative exploration, we will learn to listen to the soul through story. We will explore the language of symbols, the intelligence of the body, and the imagination as a tool for transformation.

Remember & reweave.

We will enter the world between worlds, that liminal space where the familiar falls away and another way of seeing becomes possible. Here, stories become more than stories. They become initiations. And the gifts we discover along the way become our guides.

Magic has always travelled through the hands, voices, and imaginations of women. It lives in the knowledge passed between generations, in the stories we keep alive, in the rituals we create, and in the courage to witness one another.

Over six weeks, we will gather around the spellbook to explore the archetypes that shape us, the stories that hold us back, the shadows that contain hidden gifts, and the creative force that becomes available when we dare to meet ourselves more fully. The initiation we have been waiting for is simply the courage to become who we already are.

Prologue: The World Between Worlds

11 November | 7 PM CET | The Call of the Unseen with Perdita Finn & Sophie Strand

FREE COMMUNITY SEMINAR

On 11.11, we open the Spellbook together. Join mother and daughter Perdita Finn and Sophie Strand for a journey into the liminal space between worlds – where the visible meets the unseen, and the boundaries between human and more-than-human become porous. Together, we’ll honour our ancestors, listen for threshold voices, and make peace with the subterranean dark, entering the mystery as a place of wisdom, transformation, and possibility.

Chapter 1: Cultivate the Magic Within You

12 November | 7 PM CET | How to Call Upon & Cultivate Creative Magic Within You with Kate Belew Melton

Kate Belew Melton invites us to explore writing as a form of witchcraft – a way of channeling the imagination, listening to the soul, and giving shape to what wants to emerge. Through simple writing rituals, deep listening, and playful acts of creative conjuring, we’ll learn to work with the written word as a spell, move through creative blocks, and develop a magical practice rooted in our own voice, intuition, and imagination.

Chapter 2: Plant Tarot

17 November | 7 PM CET | Plant Tarot for the Wild Soul with Lindsay Mack

Lindsay Mack will guide us through a Tarot workshop exploring the cards not as a tool for predicting the future, but as allies and anchors for the present moment. Through their Soul Tarot method, we’ll learn to approach the cards as a practice of self-inquiry, reflection, and returning to our inner wisdom using intuitive reading, grounding rituals, and simple spreads to listen more deeply to what is unfolding within and around us.

Chapter 3: Female Descent in Mythology & Sufi Poetry

24 November | 7 PM CET | Female Descent in Mythology & Sufi Poetry With Medina Trevathan

Medina Trevathan will guide us through the ancient motif of female descent, exploring mythology and Sufi poetry as maps into the underworld of the self. Together, we’ll enter the realm of divine bewilderment and encounter the exiled, subterranean parts of ourselves – not as something to overcome, but as a source of wisdom, transformation, and return.

Chapter 4: The Library of Esoterica

1 December | 7 PM CET | The Library of Esoterica with Jessica Hundley

Jessica Hundley will guide us through the hidden histories of symbols, alchemy, Tarot, and sacred art, tracing the visual languages through which humans have sought to make sense of the unseen. A journey through images, ideas, and esoteric traditions across time, inviting us to look at the symbols around us with new eyes and discover the deeper stories they carry.

Chapter 5: The Witch's Threshold

8 December | 7 PM CET | The Witch's Threshold with Tree Carr

Tree Carr will guide us into the deeper territories of shadow, death, and witchcraft, inviting us to meet the parts of ourselves we have exiled and reclaim the gifts hidden within them. Through shadow work and the practical craft of the modern witch, we’ll explore what it means to become a threshold guardian: learning to sit with endings, navigate the unknown, and tend the spaces between worlds.

Chapter 6: If Women Rose Rooted

13 December | 7 PM CET | Book Club: If Women Rose Rooted by Sharon Blackie

Together, we’ll read If Women Rose Rooted by Sharon Blackie, a journey through myth, landscape, and the stories of women who step away from inherited ways of living to find a deeper sense of belonging. Drawing on Celtic mythology, psychology, and the natural world, Blackie explores what it means to return to our roots, reclaim our wild and creative selves, and live in a way that restores our relationship with the land, community, and our own inner lives.

Co-host & founder of Woven Women, Jeanne de Kroon, about this course

"For me the biggest change came when I understood and unravelled the stories of what it means to hold power as a woman. It has supported me to expand my visions and feel what is possible in every cell of my body.

Before Woven Women, I haven’t been aware of the stories that live in my conscious and subconscious and through witnessing how my limiting beliefs were interwoven with the collective, they could be rewritten. Just like spells, we can dissolve them in circle.

This season, we have invited the absolute experts of experts on the collective stories and shadows we can break through as women to support you on your path. I am beyond honored and can’t wait to weave this new chapter together with all of you."
